Upcoming Events​

  • ​HWY 50 Chapel Thursday, 7:00P.M.

  • Kids Club and Teen Club on Wednesday, September 6th at 6:45 P.M. to 8:00.

  • Sunday School for kids and adults 9:30 A.M. 

  • Women's Conference in Ulysses at Oasis Church, September 30th. See below for details. 

  • Men's Bible Study 10/3 at 7 P.M. at church. 

  • Trunk or Treat at church 10/29. Time TBA.

  • Annual Thanksgiving Dinner 11/29 following service. 

  • Tom Lear will take a group to shoot sporting clays on October 20th. Let him know if you want to go.

  • A representative from Casas Por Cristo will be speaking on Sunday, October 1st at church.

Announcements

  • MIssion offerings due to Muriel Schmidt September 24th.

  • Let Joanna Schmeeckle know if you can volunteer on Wednesday nights for children's ministry. We need a van driver. 

  • ​Casas Por Cristo mission is looking for volunteers. The next trip is December 27th through December 31st. Contact David Loewen if you want to volunteer at (620) 640-1931. You must have a valid passport to go.  The group wants to take kid's bibles this year, which have been ordered. If you want to contribute to that, let David know. They are $11 per bible. You may also contribute to help cover the cost of each volunteer. 

  • The church is looking for a new church secretary. Please let the board know of any interest.

Praise and Prayer

  • Gloria is going in on Wednesday for a follow-up mammogram. Pray that this is normal. 

  • Pray for Pastor Mike who broke his leg. Pray for his recovery.

  • Pray for Toni Glen who is fighting cancer. 

  • ​Pray for Stacie Tancayo's dad, Chuck,  who is battling cancer. Please pray for him during treatment.

  • Pray for Travis Pitts who is battling cancer. He has received his last round of chemotherapy. 

  • Pray for Brody who is 12 and has been diagnosed with Leukemia. He is not responding to treatment and may need a bone marrow transplant. 

  • Continue to pray for Hannah Macwhinnie and her health journey.

Pierceville Federated Church has a history spanning over 60 years of serving the community of Pierceville and the surrounding area. Tradition and progress meet at this non-denominational, Village Missions based church. Come see all that PFC has to offer. Sunday school for children, teens and adults start at 9:45 am on Sundays. Awanas and Teen Club are on Wednesday's at 6:45 pm.
